These terms are the agreement between you and Praksha when you use our app. We've kept them clear and fair — please read them.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Praksha app ("Praksha", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
The short version
Praksha is intended for college students, who are generally 18 or older. To use certain features you'll create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use, please notify us at support@praksha.app right away.

We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the app.
Praksha is a helper, not the official record.
Attendance percentages, the bunk calculator, and related figures are estimates based on the data you enter. They are for your personal guidance only. Your college or university's official records always take precedence, and we are not responsible for any academic consequences arising from reliance on the app's figures.
To keep Praksha safe and useful for everyone, you agree not to:
When you post an event or other content, you remain responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us a limited licence to display and distribute that content within Praksha so the feature can work.
We may remove any content that violates these terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate, without notice.
The Praksha app, its name, logo, design, and all related content (excluding content you provide) are owned by Praksha and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding or materials without prior written permission.
Praksha may show internship and job listings, events, or links operated by third parties. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability. Any dealings you have with them are solely between you and that third party.
Praksha is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praksha will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
You can stop using Praksha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that harms others or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Praksha after changes means you accept the updated terms.
